Whats in my changing bag?

Hi Guys and Gals

Good evening to all you lovely people I hope you are all feeling great. I thought I would do a few Mummy posts these next few weeks, as it is a Monday, why don't we go ahead and call it Mummy Monday!! No? ok then lol. So I hope you like them any feed back from you guys on what you think of this blog/YouTube video, would be really appreciated.

So...where to begin? Yummy Mummy!!!! That's a perfect place to begin. The Pink Lining Yummy Mummy bag to be precise! I have the grey bow design, which has a grey and orange strap and handles, silver hardware and a pink zipper to the top (can be seen on next photo). This was bought from a local shop that stock pink lining but you can buy online if you wish, or if you know any stockists in your area. This cost me (well my grandparents lol, my baby bump gift hehe) £79, I don't think this design is available anymore, but there is so many gorgeous designs you wont be disappointed with the ones that are now available.

I love this bag so so much, it fits all the essentials in for Olivia, anything I made need for Ethan as well as everything I need for myself. I think when people think about a changing bag they think about what the baby will need, while that is essentially what the bag is for, us Mummy's or Mummy's to be have to realise that more often than not, this becomes our handbag as well as we just don't have enough arms to carry everything we need plus an extra bag. So when going for a changing bag try think of, will it fit all babies things in? will it fit everything in that you may need for a second child,? can you get your purse, phone, keys etc. in as well? If the answer is, yes and your not looking at a suitcase then you are most definitely onto a winner lol.

Any way back to the matter in hand. I chose the grey bow design because even though I found out I was having a girl I didn't think Dean would of appreciated walking around with a pink bag, the liner itself is bad enough for him lol, I also really liked the grey bow design so it honestly didn't matter to me.

To either side of the bag there is two little pocket with elasticated tops to help prevent things from falling out, they could be used for bottles drinking cups, snacks, anything you think may come in handy and you will need quickly

The iconic Cupcake on the Yummy Mummy bag, mine is the red cupcake design

It opens up to reveal my number 1 essential item, perfect size to pop my phone inside, which makes it easier to find when I need it rather than rummaging inside the larger part of the bag, which once things enter there it becomes a black hole, which takes you years to find anything!! lol come on ladies and Mummy's you know what I mean.

Here is a sneaky peak of the inside. the inside is the bright pink lining of which the "Pink Lining" bags are renowned for , in the large compartment I keep things like, bibs, changing matt, wipes my purse a brolly (just in case, you know what the good old English weather is like). Then to ones side there is two large pockets where I keep nappies, I keep around 3 nappies in each, but you could certainly pop more in them if you wish, to the back of the two pocket is a zip pocket and that is where I keep lip balms, lipsticks and a bit of powder (it has got to be done lol)

You cant see much more of the bag but if you watch my YouTube video below, I go into depth with the Yummy Mummy bag and what I have in their :)

I hope you like it

Until Next time
Amy
